Clifton was super friendly and had great communication throughout the quoting process and service. There were no games to be played. He was quick to get in contact with me and provide a quote and availability. He even went out of his way to come do a walkaround the house (which we did not have to be there for) to ensure we receive an accurate quote. During the window washing process, I forgot to remove one of our screens on our patio door and although his policy is that he washes all panes that do not have screen, he took the time to move and replace the screen door without any additional charges or "upon request". We also had new windows that had some glue residue from the Energy Saving sticker and those are all gone now. Very happy with the quality of work!

Requested a quote online which was promptly responded to with an initial estimate and adjusted once he was onsite to confirm the window count. A few hours later we had sparkling clean windows, washed inside and out including a skylight which required roof access. Perfect time to knock this off our list before the weather turns. Very responsive, courteous and professional...a small price to pay to avoid this tedious task every year!

I hired Genuine Quality Services for snowplowing this season.  Cliff was the only person from a snowplow company that came out to meet me in person to give a quote, which I really appreciated.  He  and his crew have delivered great service the past 2 snowfalls, paying attention to all the details we discussed about what and where to shovel, and I had the cleanest driveway on the block after he was here!  I  highly recommend him for snowplowing.
